Ok.. it was reported in ST that Ris Low was a product of Jurong Secondary School.

Jurong Sec would be a good first stop for MOE to send its English teaching specialists to investigate, understand and improve the quality of English language teaching at our neighbourhood schools.

We don't want more Ris Lows!

Ok guys I sincerely apologise to you guys but the gathering might have to be downsized.
simple reason being...
I'm not allowed to book the chalet at downtown east for only 1 night, minimum can only book 3D2N,
after member discount already $300, excluding every other stuff...
so the bbq most likely will still go on but we'll need some help with the location.
so far there's only 12 confirmed ppl going and the split price is too high,
unless everyone doesn't mind larhs..

so the main purpose: suggest some place fun or stuff? please? BY 20TH DECEMBER (by JJ)

need to do it fast! otherwise worst case scenario, cancel gathering ><

Here's the plan for the gathering, I'll book the chalet once everyone's okay with the plan ;]

Time: To be confirmed, but definitely in the afternoon (there's YLA reunion on 29th)

Facilities:
- BBQ pit (if you guys want BBQ I'll need a small committee to settle this, call or sms me)

Since it's at downtown east, there'll be:
- Restaurants/ Food courts
- Arcade
- KBox (I suggest for those who want the "formal" theme thingy)
- A beach at Pasir Ris
- Escape Theme park and Wild Wild Wet

I'll tell you guys how much to pay after everything's settled. (mainly BBQ)

Teacher's day update

Hey guys
Since not many people in our batch know much of what is happening on teacher's day,i will post this update on behalf of the PMT because they are to busy with the organisation and implementation process.This the programme flow for teacher's day.
Morning flag raising will be held in the hall.The usual time so the class committee have to take note of the class sitting arrangement and how they are going to organise the people.There will be Ms Tham speech if i am not wrong.
Then they will all be dismissed for the games.Different games will be held at different locations, such as the basketball court,volleyball court,parade square and field.The games should rightfully start at 8.The venue for the facebook games will be the canteen.
At 0835,students will move back to their classes for their reunion with the teachers.The reunion can include food and games.It will last for 45 mins.
After the reunion(0920),everyone will have to report to the hall for concert.The councillors will obviously have to report earlier for the preparation.Venue of the concert is,of course,the hall.Everyone will be dismissed at 11.
There will most probably be a debrief at the end of the whole event by weien,the pmt director and the project team.So that should cover everything.For more information,please approach the project team.

Hey guys
As we all know we got totally 'owned' by the seniors and teachers.Yes yes everyone said we did bad and stuff.But like abdullah and faruq said,the purpose of the dry run is to identify the flaws in the flow of event.If it is going to turn out perfectly alright then what is the point of the dry run.This is a view shared by many,not just them.So i would just like to say relax people.We know what to absorb into our brain and what not to.Thats why we are the xfactors.Dont be demoralised by what everyone had to say.

But on the other hand we cant take things cool and just shake leg.'A good leader is one who rises up to the occasion and has a composed mind in the face of difficulty.'This is what makes a leader in my perspective.There were many problems identified in today's debrief,one of the many,our inabilty to organise the cca leaders in an orderly manner.My suggestion for this is to assign a factor to be in charge of every class of cca leaders and ensure they turn up for rehearsal on time.For example,weien is from 3-5.So she will be in charge of all the cca leaders in 3-5.Right after school finish she will gather all the leaders and go for lunch.Then they will head to the hall for the dry run together.

This is just a suggestion.If you have better ideas then by all means go ahead and act it out.Something is indeed better than nothing.Remember,it is not what people say of us.Everyone will always have something to say.It is in the nature of human to compliment,complain and advice.But it is in-built in leaders to accept this positive change with an analytical mind and make appropriate changes.This should be the fundamental upon which the 27th should develop.From there, the puzzles will start filling up themselves.Jiayou!

Yea, maybe u ppl doesnt care so much abt what I feel.
But whenever i look back, i know i came in with nth.
First time looking at each other, we knew we are batchmates and one another say we are gonna graduate tgt?
But maybe that for u all. My council life end here, today 7/7/09.
1 1/2 years gone bye. looking at where our batch were so united at the start.
we had fun together. Nacli was great, though there were much conflicts.
But thru them, we matured and grew up.
SLC 2008 came. Everyone thought it was gonna be doomsday?
But together as a batch we endured through.
Slowly, cliques form. Ppl start being left out.
Now ppl are out. U guys are just like ignoring everything.
SLC 2009, Initiation. We as a batch endured thru it.
33 survived 2 dead.
in this 33 of us another 5 dead.
28 of u left.
It may not be a significant figure to u guys. but all the 35 are once my batchmate.
YLA2, was fun. ppl bonded well.
slowly AGM and LCD coming.
I got to knew the bad news. I am out.
Maybe its time to end here?
My council life after 2 years?
Maybe i cannot make the cute to be your batchmates?
I have doubts inside me.
I drifted off. wanting to come back.
Once, twice and thrice i failed completely.

Hey guys. This post is regarding Monday's movie choice.

Instead of having to probably waste time choosing there, I found out the movie timings which are within the 11am slots on 15 July.

11.50 - Drag me to hell
11.40 - Hannah Montana
12.00 - Monsters VS Aliens
11.20 - Night at the Museum 2
11.45 - The Ghosts of Girlsfriends Past

Most probably the movie with the most votes would be our selection. Anyway, I'm up for 'Drag me to hell' since I've watched Monsters VS Aliens and Hannah Montana (lol). The other 2 choices don't really excite me so yeah, 'Drag me to hell' is my choice.

YEA!!! i am glad to help revive the batch blog after a long long time...lol.in any case, finally, SLC is over. wohoo! its great to see all the 'factors' being so bonded and united again. we've successfully completed initiation! to qoute arivindd, "change is near" cause the office of the 27th is right at our doorsteps already. no matter wat ppl may say abt us, we all know deep in our hearts tat x-factors rock and we are good, really really good. lets not forget all tat we learnt from the days in sec 1 under Jia Xin Yong Kang and also sec 2 under Zhiye Rupini. as wat weien said,every single person in our batch plays an important role. X-factor will never be the same without zul's and aziz's jokes, yong yang's horniness, arivindd's motivation, shuhuis' encouragement for the batch mate.....(the list can go on and on). it feels as if we jus joined the council in sec1. nut now, we only have abt a year left. time really flies. lets make great use of these opportuniy to create the change and set the standard, OUR standard. Leaders don't wait. They shape their own frontiers. The bigger the

Wow.I have the honour of posting the 100th post of our batch blog.

Well,now that i have posted,i really cant think of anything to say except good luck to everyone for your mid year papers.And we should keep rocking more,not stoning.Lame.I know-__-And happy birthday to farah since im already here.Damn SLC is right after exams.So much of pressure on us.Hehe,but nothing we cant beat eh?and yes,i believe most of us are missing shalini,tiara and kevin.But endure people they will be back soon.Will they come back as geishas?I cant imagine kevin in a kimono but i can imagine the chikopei expression he always wear.Haha.(I dont know how to spell).Anyway, forgive me for being so random in this post.

But on a more serious note,i would like to bring this message across to all.We are going to take over real soon and we wont just be looking into our batch problems,but we will be moulding the future leaders who are our juniors and at the same time doing what we are always suppose to be doing:and that is serving the student body by being an efficient medium between them and the teachers.On top of that we still have our exams and tests to worry about next year.So let's gear ourselves for this journey that lies ahead.Remember,when we walk this path people will talk about our many successes but will only remember our single failures.And when that happens, we have to keep in mind that learning to learn is a lesson learnt.

Interactive Day Camp

Hey all,
How come no one posted about idc on the blog yet?Hm.We can't let this blog die people.I shall have the honour of reviving it.

INTERACTIVE DAY CAMP 2009
We started at the basket ball courts with the camp commandants.I feel that the things to be improved here would be the instructors who were at the back of the commandants were fidgeting alot and some were even talking among themsleves.Some were even talking so loudly,like me.No denying there!Then another thing was the campers took too long to greet Ms Ng when she came there.As instructors,we should have pointed out to the campers that she was behind them because it became an issue such that Mr tan had to point it out to us during reflections.

Then it was DC.Many thought the DC was of a high standard, but according to some seniors the standard was still not so high.But your opinions are still considered and maybe we can make ammendments to the discipline next year or during induction.Then was the games.Good job to all on this part of the event.The games were very organised and orderly.However, the only flaw to be improved on would be the time taken for the logistics to have been prepared.Even then the instructors did a good job in covering up by organising short reflection times and, erm ,singing sessions.Then we had the water game.It was more organised with a better objective than the one we had on great step 5 day.However the thing to be improved on would be the refilling system.

While everyone of us were playing,abdullah and faruq,along with some others,were mopping the floor,pleading us not to play in the canteen or spill the water.Perhaps a little self control could have been practised on all our parts(including campers) so that others wont have to suffer for our mistakes.Then the surprise task we had(which i wont elaborate on) was tackled real efficiently.No problems from what i saw there.Maybe we can discuss as a batch some other times.Apart from that,there was only one more problem in general.It was the giving out of items.Yes,it was our first time as instructors and i know that it can be a little exciting,but we still had to exercise some control on the power given to us to run the camp.There was a limit,if im not wrong,of not more than 2 items per person.Rightfully,a person must only have a single item.So maybe we should have spread this rule among ourselves before camp start.

I did this post not to offend anyone intentionally or find fault with anyone.But in my opinion,this were the points to be improved on.And im writing all this openly so that even if our juniors read it they will learn from our mistakes and put on a better show than us next year!But all in all, a job well done guys!remember,like our blog name insinuates,

Hi Guys!!! It have been ages since i last blogged on our batch blog :) hahas so decided to post today ^^ okaes erm...guys i think that we have improved after Mr Tan talk to us and i think this is caused because of certain misccomunication here and there :D so guys Cheer Up! anw Our School Basketball Girls won the finals!!! Weee!!! hahas okaes back to topic liao do u still remember the star gazing? hahas i really enjoyed the part it makes me feel so close to all of you and i truly enjoy this feeling some people say love is in the air but i can say that is unity and friendship that is in the air, i really feel the strong bond within us but why we are not maintaing the high spirit? hahas =] We the X-factors are Mighty and Strong.. no matter how much problems that is awaiting for us but i think we will pull through together as a batch :)

HEYS!!! me posting again. sec 1 orientation camp was so fun and 1/C rawks! i think it was probably the best camp i've been to. STAR GAZING with the batch was really cool and memorable. i think all the classes did very well thanks to the facilitators. x-factors are the best. we still have many events coming up: IDC, SLC, MYE, and for some SYF. it is going to be a very tough and stressful time. but remember you are not the only one going through this and you will have the support of X-FACTORS forever. Jia Yous everyone! (and can anyone put up pictures on the blog...)

heyy guys. maybe to keep this blog going gonna give a short post.

well some of you may know that this period of time has not been exactly the best time of my life, failing most of my subs, for common tests, having really bad mood swings and all. firstly, i really appreciate the support and encouragement you guys have given me(: really touched.

at one point of time recently, a thought of giving up life just came to mind, to just go through the motion in everything in life, living life not to the fullest but actually otherwise, the most minimum.

however, i daunted upon a certain video that life's not just what we see, there's more to life than what we see, be it studies, friends, family.

really hope this video would be a source of encouragement to those who are at a verge of giving up in their lives. ( btw, ignore the christian stuff at the back, it's more of the fornt part that's really touching)

So thank you very much for everything!I would like to say good luck for the upcoming secondary one camp,interactive day camp and other events we are going to be a part of.

i'm here to update you about the much anticipated Interactive Day Camp! hahaha anyways everyone is required to come up with a proposal for the camp. It has to be in the standard proposal format and has to include all the details-from what's going to happen the time they start camp all the way to the time they break camp. You are also allowed to work with anyone you like. But most importantly, the date of submission is next Wedesday, 25th Feb!:D So jiayou!

Recess Duty

Hey guys,

Here is a copy of the discussion topic in our facebook group regarding the recess duty.I am posting it here so that those without an account can share their opinions as well.

Is it really neccesary for us to catch people everyday just because they bring sweet drinks to class?In my opinion,we should reconsider this system and make amendments to it.It is unfair to those who get caught by us and are unable to get away successfully,like the majority.And also it is the same story everyday,with the same people attempting to smuggle sweet drinks.So it is a definite waste of time to catch them everyday and i feel we should stop this system of recess duty.
The reason why sweet drinks are not allowed in classes is because if spilled, they would attract ants and other unwanted pests and it would be a hectic job to clean up the mess.
However,both sides have got to benefit in this case.So the students will be allowed to bring sweet drinks to classes.And if the sweet drink spills,they will have to clean it themselves without the assistance of any cleaners.The monitors of each class will ensure that this rule is adhered by the students at all time.I cant assure that this will be a success but perhaps we can trail it for a month or so and evaluate as a batch during any meeting.This is something the discipline committee and i discussed about.Please tag your valuable feedbacks regarding this issue.

yea!!! finally i noe how to blog...hehe. anywayz, sorry for the symbols...i think the meeting was very fun though everyone anticipated a thrash out and some serious talking. the game was quite fun and i enjoyed my time with the DC and SAC. somehow, i feel i am just fated to be in SAC. i think the game brought out he important message which was not to work for reward; but for self satisfaction. and then there was the long long message that Wei En read and the long long talk about the CCC and someone. it was a good session, ifeel. also, as a DC, i want to ask why nobody is turning up for RECESS DUTY!!!! never mind. we shall settle this matter tmr. remember to come for DC tmr morning at 6.45 am SHARP. and Happy B'dae WAI CHI LYCHEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello X Factors and fellow readers,

I would post my reflection as well as another entry to clarify matters. Let's start with the latter because I feel that I must clean up the mess.

Firstly, with regards to the tag by Random,
thank you for your feedback and I will look into it. Or rather I have looked into it. I have personally seen the teacher in charge and will speak to the monitor and monitress soon because as far as I am concern, I only communicate regularly with them. Wei Ni, who is in that particular class I take during flag-raising has assured me that she does not believe any of these are true. However since the issue is being raised, I shall be responsible and accountable for my actions. Though I feel that in order for me to justify myself or change, it would be of great help if you could come to me personally or perhaps point out where I went wrong and maybe we can compromise and work things out. I am very willing to reflect upon my actions.

I personally feel that if a person is genuine in pointing out one's mistakes/flaws, he/she would do it face to face or in a respectable manner so as to not embarrass or tarnish one's pride or reputation. It is difficult when you don't make an effort to explain to me where I went wrong but instead proceed with the tag. I don't know what your intentions are but it is very clear that I am in a difficult position now because my juniors read this blog. Should they lose their respect or believe in me for something I am unsure of myself, I cannot guarantee guiding them in future with much trust from them, for me. I appreciate very much your effort to make known to people who chance upon this blog about my actions because you gave me an opportunity to constantly check with people around me if I had done anything wrong. I assure you now that I have a lot more sense of initiative and I am more sensitive about my surroundings.

Even after this, if you have any other matters. do feel free to approach me as I am very sincere about changing for the better. Thank you.

I came in late because of CCA thus I missed the game and only joined during the last part =)
Nonetheless, it was something different and enjoyable!

Game

Played some game Rupini & Zhiye organised. Not a bad game at all. Co-ordination in this game is key. So is communication. All in all, I enjoyed the game, and I don't see why this game shouldn't be played in some camps or workshops in the future.

Anyway i am here to post about my reflection for the meeting...ok first of all i think that this meeting is quite beneficial (: becuz i really did reflect on myself and indeed bond with my comittee and really get to knw them hahas ^^ den our grp gt creativity (: which is a great job done larh hahas! ><

What i have acheived after this meeting is i have talked and communicate with my friends which i didnt really talk to for a long period of time....and now to be good frens like how we did before...this is what i think bonding...

Actually strictly speaking, i dont think we hav any communication breakdown is jus that we did not make an effort to go communicate with smeone else between the batch.As you all aware there are several cliques formed, in our batch. Let me ask u a question will u call and chat with the person middle in the night if he/she dosent belong to ur clique? Dont say about communication.....let's just start from Be Friend (: hahas this makes all our life easier and less taxing...actually we do not need to hav any bonding games to be bond us tgt...we mus start from our daily life, if everyone contribute and make an effort to be close friends and make the boundaries between the cliques..we will be again a strong batch (: anw this is from wad i think oni =]

from the meeting,

i guess i learnt more about my commitee member(s) especially yy. hornyyyyyy. hahahahha! he kept talking about disgusting horny stuff -.-

well, on a more serious note, i learnt that winning a game doesn't necessarily need to come side by side with a prize, it's the inner personal sense of achievement that really proves to myself my capability of doing something extraordinarily.

secondly, though thrashout has been postponed, (no offence to the people who organised it), but like what rupini had said, a thrash out is for the batch to offer comments to a certain batchmate for her or him to improve on. however, from what i see it to be that, the problems we have now, are not individual problems but BATCH problems.

problems that we encounter having a batch, not problems about each other. hence, i would have found it more fufiling if a meeting were to be held, to be about the BATCH and not the INDIVIDUALS in the batch.

adding on, I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO SPELL RUPINI'S FULL NAME :D *clap* but i still don't know what the darn word rupini mentioned means. LOL. i don't even know what's the word:D

i was a bit -_- when the trash out was postponed cos personally i tink dis thing shld carried out fast if we were to see improvements in the batch n clear any misunderstandings (oh craps, obviously), as u cn tell, some of us were not vry happy wif the rest, if dis were to be carried out (provided majority of the batch mates r present) , perhaps we try to solve it tgt??

game was FUN!

she "sliced" the paper into small size n add in back space n all sorts of dunnoe wad to form her vry own "keyboard" which allows u to backspace if u ever typed the word wrongly...
tt is u'll nvr get penalised even if u typed in wrongly cos u haf ur backspace (oh lobster dis time)
the game allows the specific committee to wrk tgt as there will normally be wrking tgt?? (i dunnnoe how to phrase -.-''')

Anws, i personally think that the meeting was OKAY.

Was abit dissapointed that the trash out was post-poned.

I was mentally getting prepared for the firey trashes...

I was also preparing myself to get trashed.

Hahah, but nonetheless learned quite a few things from the meeting.

Learned a new game, Could be used in IDC?

Learned about our months rating, it sucked but we will strive better.

Learned that kevin was still fighting jun hao, ZzZzZzZzZzZz why cant they just WORK along or something and why couldnt jun hao just wear his badge?

Learned difficult words, wont be using them much.

Learned not to show my *** to rupini, HAHAHAHA

Learned that coords meeting was very meaningful,but yet again very draggy

Learned that trash out was post poned, wasted preparing.

i can conitnue on, but better not,, it will turn into crap.....

2009, a new school year for us.

seriously it's supposed to be a new start for all of us. However, i see the same old people gathering around in our batch, isolating the others.

it's good for us to have someone that we are close to in the batch so that we wouldn't be lonely.
But recently it's getting worst.
What i see is some of us was trying to get close to the rest of the batch, even though they are like, erm, sort of - out of reach for them.

and i have got complains from friends who are not councillors, they said that some of us like to gather at the corridor chatting loudly, and they find it annoying.

not to make us look bad or whatever.
just to let everyone know what the student body think about us, and we can strive for the best together.

please forgive me if i have said something that offended anyone of you.

Hey people,
It's good to see that people are speaking up in the batch blog,even though they are posting anonymously.Since someone has already started the ball rolling,i shall share my point of view on certain issues.Just be sure not to doze off if you find this boring because i dont think along the same line as most.My most sincere apologies for being such an extra but there may be people who think like me.

First of all,is the mother of all problems.Discipline.To me,it is more like the easiest-to-solve-issue.What is so difficult about maintaining a good discipline standard,i dont know.I will separate this into hair and socks,which are the more compelling issues(generally).The reason why we have low socks is because we think it is cool.Then again,how difficult is it for one to pull up his/her socks by a mere 5cm(max)?Does this make the person any less cool?And as for the fringe,some feel more attractive or they just feel more confident about their looks,while others are just subject of peer pressure.I wouldnt say it wrong to have such a perspective,but try a different hairstyle which does not confirm your failure in the case of discipline standard.And i forgot to mention this 'information' is something i got through random surveys i asked atleast 5 people in our batch.Not saying it is applied for the others in the batch.But my point is,you dont have to have long fringe to look or feel good.Take faruq and waichi for example.They have nice hairstyles which definitely pass,and yet they look good.

And take pearly for instance.She had alot of trouble making sure her socks were acceptable initially.Look at her now.She does not give in to peer pressure(no offence..bball stuff) and her socks has always passed ever since.Think about it carefully.It is all about your mindset and how you look at things.Even though pearly has higher socks,i still think she is cool.So i personally feel that this is a trivial matter that can easily be solved if everyone tries equally hard.

And then here comes the problem questioning our batch motto.Unity.Unity does not ONLY mean the ability for everyone to be good friends with one another.There is a deeper meaning to it.It means to come together as a batch in times of a crisis to put our heads together and come up with a solution.It means for us to to never break away from one another when facing the near impossible.It means to present ourselves as a single batch of student council instead many individual student councillors to the student body,teachers and the remaining school.And it can also mean to come together and celebrate our success as a batch and pat each others back whenever we falter.So please dont hurt the sanctity of the word 'unity' by merely saying that it is for us to be good friends,because that is just part of it.

And then,some of us are unhappy with the teachers and our seniors.It is ok to question.But not to confront.We should always keep in mind that it wont take the teachers long to kick us out of the batch if we are over rebelious.And as councillors,we are still students.So we should respect the teachers.And their decisions at times.Because they have the upper hand with the higher authority and if we think of it carefully,we are fortunate that they even listen to us instead of forcing us to do things.And remember they are not obliged to listen to us.

So this is what i feel and atleast a few others feel the same way along with me.However i wouldnt say your other perspectives aint right.I am just saying,try look at it this way..

hey xfactors! from the previous post, i tink that we seriously needed to have a trash out meeting but most probably after 14th of feb due to the red cross are going to have their daily trainings. therefore me and itraih going to have a meeting most probably next week to share our solutions and asking u guys whether need to improve or any disagreements. because we needed to hand in the report to jamine by 5th of feb.

any disagreements can be voiced out so as to ensure that everyone agree to it and this made us a united batch. therefore we will inform u guys when to have meeting by friday?

oh well, i deletd the things i rote cause no one can read what i am trying to talk about. hahas so i will tell u giys at meeting. and tad why i ended up in english remedial class. sorry for the poor english

Before I continue with this post, I just want to say that whatever is written is solely based on my own personal opinion. And whatever in this post is not to offend anyone at any time.

X-factor.
What does it mean to you?
Is it a ticket for you to get free and easy CCA points?
Is it just a burden to you?

Haha , to be honest I find X-factor to be something truly close to me....
But lately i get really annoyed by the problems we face.

I mean OMG?
Why do we have to make a big deal out of Everything?
Why cant we just solve the problem and not argue about it ..

So in this post ill try to solve the problems out MYSELF...
I hope you will atleast consider these solutions....

DISCIPLINE
Haha ,I will start with something we most dread.
Discipline, why cant our batch just keep to these basic standards?
The reason : Because we dont want to!
Personally, i dont get it why we must keep to such standards.
It does not affect our studies ( obviously) , Or does it make us look rebelious ( Come on , more than half of the people in singapore dont keep these standards)...

But hard as we fought, we could not change the discipline teachers mind about this matter..

So my solution/s :
1. Instead of making up outrages demands about the standards to our batch, we should make a meeting about it. Discuss with everyone what the standard should be like.Get a standard where everyone agrees on.

2.If you really cant stand the standard, take action.Write proposals. Prove to the teachers why the standards are not really needed in this era. (Other schools have accepted these kind of proposal, we cant our school?)

ATTITUDE
These problem is a killer.
Seriously.

Lets look back at the past , when we were all newly elected student councillors, look back about a year and a half ago. What was our attitude towards councill? Ill tell you , we were enthuestic.

Its true, all of us did not look bad about council. instead we enjoyed being in it.What caused the change of mind?

1. The stress of possibility of council affecting our studies.
2. Influence of friends, stating negative things about us.
3. Rebelious attitude , in terms of disliking the rules set up for us.
4. Reluctance upon performing responsibilities.
5. Disliking people who have bad attitudes ( e.g 1. , 2. , 3. , 4.)

All in all , because of this attitude , some have created a possible solution. QUITTING.
And quoted from our beloved sec 1 co ord , yong kang, " It is a permanant solution to a temporary problem!"

What does it mean?
Basically it means that it just an easy way out of a small problem. And along the way , you will somewhat feel a sense of regret.

So my solution/s:
1. TRASH OUT! And this time , make sure everybody is there . This purpose is to simply try and understand people with this bad attitude towards council. And from there we come out with a solution. ( If we come out with a solution without confronting the person, not only will it be unfair
but it might not be the best solution and conflicts may occur)

2. Just give them another chance. Tell them politely that they had done something VERY wrong. and thus give them another chance. Slowly trust will foster among us and then , finally we will reach a common goal.

CLIQUES

Small groups within ourselves.
Not a problem?
WRONG!

Personally, i also have cliques here and there .

So whats wrong with having cliques?
IT WILL SLOWLY KILL OUR UNITY!

And thats a fact.
If you see the x-factor today , i can confidently say : WE ARE NOT UNITED !

Why?

Facts why we are not united:
1. Consiously among us , we want to kick people out. Why? because we label them as bad councillors , or even worse not one of us. Did we ever stop and think of a solution before wanting to kick them? Even if we did , did we continue with that solution? NO! we just gave up on them and wanted them to be kicked out.
2. Cliques have been formed whereby it can be seen that we are seperated. If you dont belief me try imagining after the meetings and after all the council stuff. Cant you see the boundaries among us? The boundary between the express and normal students .( it has been improved), the boundary among the different classes,the boundary among the different cliques.

So my solution/s:
1. Basically try to understand one another, get in touch with eveyone. Remove personal grudges.Forgive past mistakes. And accept apologise. If all of these are carried out, i can guarantee you, noone will ever dare say we are sepperated.

First victim(kevin):I just randomly took my tie and told him mr tan wanted you to have this tie.But darn,he didnt actually fall for it altogether.He told me he had his tie so he got suspicious.
Second victim(CORENE):MUAHAHA!!huge success i have to say.She fell for the same trick instantly.I mean she did not even question me.HAHAHA.She was hugging my tie and giving this weird pose?!and i was laughing like mad when i told her the truth.Must have seen her expression.LOL.
